Custom homes, remodels, and additions in Redwood City and across the Peninsula
Selected work
Featured residential projects on the Peninsula.
How we work
One crew, from the first walkthrough to the keys.
K.S. Builders has served Peninsula homeowners for more than 35 years. We plan and build custom homes, remodels, and additions, with design and engineering handled alongside the construction.
You work with Ken and one crew, on the schedule and the budget we agreed to.
What we build
Three kinds of work. The same standard on each.
01
New home construction
Design and build, foundations, framing, grading, and drainage for a new custom home.
02
Renovations and additions
Room additions, historical renovations, kitchens, baths, and electrical and plumbing upgrades.
03
Specialty construction
Stone, tile, decks, trellises, pavers, custom trim, and cabinetry.
"K.S. Builders has remodeled 2 of our homes. Ken did such an amazing job with a great room addition and kitchen remodel in our San Mateo home, that when we sold that home and purchased our Belmont home, we didn't even consider any other contractor but K.S. Builders."
